You will find the some secret messages in the game with the "no-clipping-cheat", but most messages require not more of a bit searching. (use night vision goggles)
"Noone should be here" in E3L1 (go through the crack in the wall)
When you finish E3L4 you will see this helicopter. With DNCLIP you
can see this secret message.
In the 1st Level of Episode 2 you can see this Space Shuttle. Normally you are behind the window in the space station on the left and you can't go outside. (watch the next screen)
If you open this map with BUILD or Mapster32 you can go behind the Space Shuttle. You will see, that the name of the Space Shuttle is "U.S.S. FRAMERATE".
